High Quality PDF created for print preferred. Color should be CMYK. Black and white should be simple black, not rich black.

            If mailing a CD, please include a printed copy of ad.

Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising submissions.

Submitting Copy

for Your Ad

You do not need to send us camera-ready ads.

We have highly-trained professional copywriters and graphic artists on staff who can design and typeset your ad and send you a proof for your approval. Typesetting is included in the cost of your ad. Simply consult your advertising representative about sizes and prices best for you, and then mail, fax or email what you want in your ad to us.

Photographs: The better the photo, the better your ad will look.

• Prints: Original high quality, preferably glossy photos (not print-outs of your digital photos)

• Digital Photos: High resolution digital photos, or 300 dpi scans of photos, at least as large as will be used in the ad (please attach - not insert - photos when emailing)

• Logos and Clip Art should be clean and easy to read
