Electronic files:

E-mail - ads@rockymountainrider.com - files must be 300 dpi, limit 10mb. If larger, they may be zipped to no more than 10mb. Call if you have larger files.

Format:

High Quality PDF for print files preferred. 

or native Adobe CS2 (PC): Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or tiff, jpeg, eps submittted on CD, DVD, or e-mail. FTP site for upload available.

A native file must be packaged with all fonts and links.

If mailing a CD, please include a printed copy of ad.

 

Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising submissions.

 

Submitting Copy 

for Your Ad

  You do not need to send us camera-ready ads. 

    We have highly-trained professional copywriters and graphic artists on staff who can design and typeset your ad, typesetting is included in the cost of your ad, and send you a proof for your approval. Simply talk to your advertising representative about sizes and prices best for you, and then mail, fax or email what you want in your ad.

  Photographs: The better the photo, the better your ad will look. 

• Prints: Original high quality, preferably glossy photos (not print-outs of your digital photos)

• Digital Photos: High resolution digital photos, or 300 dpi scans of photos, at least as large as will be used in the ad (please attach - not insert - photos when emailing)

• Logos and Clip Art should be clean and easy to read
