PFIZER ANIMAL HEALTH TO MAKE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT ACQUISITION OF FORT DODGE ANIMAL HEALTH

 

Pfizer to Outline New Product Portfolio and Impact on Business on Monday, Oct. 19

 

Pfizer Inc announced today the official close of the acquisition of Wyeth and its subsidiary, Fort Dodge Animal Health.

 

Pfizer Animal Health will follow the announcement with a press release, specific to the Animal Health Business, on Monday, Oct. 19th. The acquisition of Fort Dodge will allow Pfizer Animal Health to diversify its portfolio and expand offerings in all animal health segments. 

 

The press release will be posted on BusinessWire and distributed directly to you.  Following the news distribution, Clint Lewis, president of U.S. Operations for Pfizer Animal Health, will be available for interview by appointment.
