September 16, 2009 - Helena, MT. Rocky Mountain Breeders Association Awards Banquet & Annual Meeting September 26, 2009

Hello there,

Just wanting to remind you all that if you enjoy horse people, you enjoy horse events, and like some good food and entertainment, the Rocky Mountain Breeders Association is hosting its first ever Awards Banquet.  This will be in conjunction with the association's annual meeting.

The RMBA promotes breeders of Quarter Horse, Paint, and Appaloosa.  We also promote sale, showing, and breeding opportunities and have hosted a number of activities in towns around Montana .  We're bringing business to your towns.  Our membership is mainly in Montana , but to date has members in Idaho , Wyoming , Washington , and California .  Our membership includes not only breeders, but other horse enthusiasts and those in related equine industries.  We're growing and we hope you'll join us for the experience.

Members are invited to attend the annual meeting -- feel welcome to bring along other interested parties.  We have some officer positions up for vote at this meeting and if you'd like to run for office, be a part of electing officers, or just want to hear the skinny on what's up for the upcoming year, here is the meeting to be at.  If you're not yet a member, you can join now for 2010.  Membership forms are available on the RMBA website at www.montanarmba.org  However, feel free to sit in on the meeting to get a feel for what the association is all about.  Our annual meeting will start at 4:00 p.m.

Moving along to another room, we'll start to smile with a cocktail hour (and lots of visiting) at 5:30 p.m. with the buffet banquet starting at 6:30 p.m.  Think of the evening as not only a prime networking opportunity, consider all the fun you will have.  We'll not only be seeing old friends, we'll be making new ones.  All to the tunes of Judy Williams' Divine Bovine.  You don't want to miss this evening!

So come to the Colonial Inn in Helena on Saturday, September 26th.  Bring your friends and be ready for a good time!  Banquet reservations are due no later than September 22nd.  To reserve your banquet reservations, contact Donna Burns at (406) 547-2165 or email her at drburns@tcc.cmc.net  Get your reservations in now - you don't want to miss out!

See you there!

Jan
