Canadian Warm Bloods National Inspection Tour

For Stallions and this year.... Mare Inspections with Chute Jumping! And National Tour Champions for Mares and Stallions

Dates Sept. 23rd to Oct. 2nd - schedule as follows - these later than usual dates should avoid conflicts with major horseshows.

  • BC- September 23 - Pheasant Ridge Farm in Salmon Arm

  • AB- September 25 - Olds Agricultural Center in Olds

  • SK- September 27 - Saskatoon

  • ON- September 29 - Grafton

  • QC - October 1 - Beaulieu Farm

We would like to touch more members and so we will also include a seminar on evaluating conformation at each of the stops - the presentation of a photo power point program developed in Germany by Cord Wassman is open to anyone interested! Our members and chapters are urged to BROADCAST this invitation to the local public. This will also lead the way to discussing some new concepts for inspection evaluations which the Studbook Committee is considering for the future.

Throughout the Tour, more mare owners will have the option to have their mares inspected. The Inspection Team will also inspect mares in the same format as the stallions, i.e. to include an evaluation of the gallop and chute jumping if the owner chooses. This has been requested by many breeders - conditions are explained in the link on the website.

There will be a declaration of the National Tour Champion Mare awarded to the high-scoring mare inspected on the Tour that included the jumping element.

Contact the National Office for more details and to enter your mare or Stallion in one of our inspections. Email office@canadianwarmbloods.com or Phone 306-373-6620
