FORT WORTH, TEXAS—The American Paint Horse Association (APHA) announces the creation of the APHA Hall of Fame, which will provide recognition to outstanding people and horses that have made extraordinary contributions to the Association, the Paint Horse breed and the equine industry.

Nominations for consideration into the Hall of Fame are due to APHA by October 1, 2011.

The induction of the inaugural Hall of Fame class will coincide with the Association’s 50th Anniversary celebration and occur during the 2012 Annual Convention in Fort Worth, Texas.
