Tru-Test Launches Wildfire Relief Program

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Much of the nation is gripped by drought and ensuing wildfires. For livestock owners who have suffered through fires, one of the first tasks at hand is replacing the fire damaged fence to prepare for spring turn out.

Tru-Test understands those needs, and recognizes that building a new fence is just one of the unexpected expenses a land owner must endure. “Immediately after a fire, a landowner is often scrambling to protect his or her livestock. It’s important to get fencing in place to keep livestock from roaming,” says Cliff Cobb, President of Tru-Test. “Electric fencing is one of the fastest and most economical ways to build emergency fencing.”

In order to assist affected landowners, Tru-Test is launching the Wildfire Relief Program. Through the program, qualified landowners can receive a 20% discount on all Speedrite, Stafix or Patriot electric fence products (excluding Patriot energizers).  Any landowner in Montana, Wyoming or Idaho who has suffered fence damage as a result of a wildfire during 2012 is eligible.

Affected landowners should purchase Speedrite, Stafix or Patriot electric fencing products from an authorized Tru-Test dealer in Montana, Wyoming or Idaho.  Internet sales do not apply.

“Tru-Test wants to assist these landowners in their time of need. A wildfire can be a catastrophic event, and the Wildfire Relief Program is one way we can begin to assist landowners in putting the pieces back together.”
