We were delighted and pleasantly
surprised to recently receive at Rocky Mountain Rider a “Thank You” note
from Heartland Riders, an equestrian drill team based in “The Heartland Riders and all of the
teams in the Montana State Drill Team Association would like to thank you for
being a sponsor of the 2011 State Drill Team Competition that was held August
19–21 in Lewistown, Montana. Without your support and generous donation, we
would not have been able to make the competition the success it was!” The note had photos of participating
teams and was hand signed by the members of Heartland Riders.
We at RMR are always ready to help
non-profit equine organizations in any way that we can, and in this case, we
publicized the event in our Calendar of Events at no charge. The Calendar is in
our print magazine, on our website Calendar, and in our digital edition — find
a link on our website. Over the years, we have been told by
many folks that RMR’s Calendar of Events is their “bible” for knowing what
is coming up in the horse world in our neck of the woods (seven states). So, Montana Drill Team members —
thank you for the “Thank You.” We really appreciate it!
